Milou Broersen is a designer who explores how daily rituals are enhanced by human connection and thoughtful design. Her work is inspired by the interplay of light on colors and shapes, and driven by a passion for materials with an evolving texture that age gracefully in reaction to their use. This often results in handmade pieces, designed for longevity that seamlessly integrate into their surroundings.
Milou extends her design vision through collaborations with brands. From designing entirely new objects from scratch to adapting her existing tableware collection with custom colors and finishes.

ASHBY - We worked together to translate Ashby's signature ‘blurple’ into porcelain. Each cup embossed with a custom Ashby logo stamp.
DAK Coffee Roasters - A cupping cup designed in collaboration with DAK, Amsterdam based coffee roasters who continually try new and innovative roasting profiles.
Restaurant FLORE - A custom designed saucière inspired by our LOFTY carafe for conscious fine dining restaurant Flore.
SUITE702 - Aroma diffuser designed in collaboration with Suite 702, a luxurious homeware company with a passion for colors.
Cafe Restaurant Sandberg - Located within the Stedelijk Museum, we worked closely with the creative team to develop a colour made specifically for the project.
Custom colour work for, among others: YUSU Amsterdam, Mocca Cafe Tabor, ROA, Saint-Jean Bakery.
