If a piece is in stock, we aim to ship it within a few working days. Many of our pieces are made to order, each one is handcrafted with care, which takes around 6 weeks.

If your order includes both in-stock and made-to-order pieces, we ship everything together once it's all ready, to keep our footprint down.

Need something sooner? Just ask, we're happy to check what's possible. You're also welcome to collect your order in person from our Amsterdam studio; just let us know in advance.

Each piece is handcrafted with great care and attention, and this process takes time. By placing a pre-order, you can secure the items you love. Delivery takes approximately 6 weeks. Once your pieces are ready, we’ll lovingly package and ship them to you, and you’ll receive a confirmation as soon as they’re on their way.

To reduce our environmental impact, stock items and made-to-order pieces are shipped together. If you prefer to receive your stock items earlier, please place a separate order for immediate delivery or in-store pickup.

Yes. As an EU customer, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, no reason needed. Just email us at hi@miloubroersen.com to let us know. Please send the item back in its original, undamaged packaging, you'll need to cover the return shipping cost, and we recommend using a tracked service so it's protected along the way. Once we've received it back, we'll refund what you paid, including your original delivery cost, within 14 days.

This is rare, but if it happens, we'll make it right, through a repair, a replacement, or a refund, whichever fits best. Just email us a photo of the damaged piece as soon as you spot it, and we'll take it from there.
For orders of €250 or more, it's a good idea to photograph the parcel before opening it, this helps us resolve things faster if there's ever a shipping-damage claim.

Almost, but not quite identical. Every piece is handmade in our Amsterdam studio, so you may notice small, natural variations in colour, texture, or shape from one piece to the next. That's part of what makes it handmade, not a flaw.
