Each piece is handcrafted with great care and attention, and this process takes time. By placing a pre-order, you can secure the items you love. Delivery takes approximately 6 weeks. Once your pieces are ready, we’ll lovingly package and ship them to you, and you’ll receive a confirmation as soon as they’re on their way.
If you need something sooner, feel free to reach out so we can check the exact delivery time.
To reduce our environmental impact, stock items and made-to-order pieces are shipped together. If you prefer to receive your stock items earlier, please place a separate order for immediate delivery or in-store pickup.
You’re welcome to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please send me a message with the reason for your return.
Make sure the item is packed securely before sending it back. Once it arrives safely at the studio, I’ll process your refund (excluding the original shipping costs). As a small maker, I’m unfortunately not able to offer free returns at this time, so the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Returns and exchanges remain your responsibility until they reach the studio, so I recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage. All items must be returned in their original packaging and arrive undamaged.
Luckily, this rarely happens, but if it does, don’t worry! We’ll replace the broken item. To make this process as smooth as possible, please send us a photo of the damaged pieces.
For orders over €250, please take a photo before opening the box, as this is required for insurance purposes.
