SALES AND MARKETING

We’re looking for a hands-on B2B Sales & Growth Marketer who can help us grow our brand through smart outreach, strong relationships, and performance-driven marketing. This is a hybrid role where sales, marketing, and content come together, with a clear focus on generating real business results.

You’ll work closely with the founder to identify new opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and turn creative ideas into structured campaigns that drive both B2B and B2C growth.

  • B2B Sales & Acquisition

    • Identify and prioritize high-potential B2B clients such as restaurants, cafes, interior designers, and corporate partners
    • Proactively reach out via email, Instagram, and occasional in-person visits (independently or with the founder)
    • Build and manage a structured outreach and follow-up system
    • Convert leads into long-term clients and repeat orders
    • Follow up on inbound leads and partnership opportunities

    Campaign Management & Execution

    • Plan and execute focused, goal-driven campaigns (not just awareness, but sales-focused)
    • Define objectives, target audiences, messaging, and timelines
    • Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels
    • Translate campaign ideas into actual content and posts
    • Publish across Instagram, website, email, and optionally LinkedIn or Pinterest

    Content & Brand Growth

    • Develop simple, repeatable content formats that support growth
    • Use content strategically to generate both B2C sales and B2B leads
    • Test, learn, and continuously improve what resonates with our audience

    E-commerce & Customer Growth

    • Improve webshop performance and increase conversion rates
    • Set up and manage basic email flows (e.g. launches, reminders, storytelling)
    • Identify opportunities for repeat purchases and customer retention
    • Explore collaborations such as influencers or brand partnerships when relevant

    Performance & Optimization

    • Track and evaluate performance of campaigns, content, and sales activities
    • Identify what drives results and scale what works
    • Run small, fast experiments to improve outcomes
    • Maintain a clear overview of pipeline, campaigns, and results
    • You are proactive, structured, and not afraid to reach out to new people
    • You enjoy both creative thinking and commercial responsibility
    • You are comfortable switching between sales, marketing, and execution
    • You like working independently, but also enjoy collaborating closely with a founder
    • You are hands-on and care about results, not just ideas
    • You have a natural interest in branding, content, and customer experience
    • Available 2 days a week
    • Experience in B2B sales, growth marketing, or account management
    • Familiarity with Instagram marketing, email marketing, or e-commerce platforms
    • Experience working in a startup or fast-moving environment
    • A background or interest in design, interiors, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
    • Ability to create simple content (photo, video, or copy)
    • Understanding of analytics or performance tracking tools
