SLIPCASTING COURSE 
[2-week]

Discover slip casting with porcelain in this two-week workshop. This course introduces the fundamentals of working with porcelain slip and provides a clear overview of each step in the slip casting process, including casting, finishing, and glazing.

During the workshop, you will produce a set of four porcelain items using existing molds. As the work is mold-based, the basic shapes of the pieces are fixed. The images shown indicate the cup and/or plate forms used in the course. There is, however, plenty of room to experiment with colors and slip casting effects, allowing each piece to be uniquely personalized.

Participants who have previously made their own mold in the 1-day mold-making course or the 9-week porcelain design course are welcome to bring and use it.
